Things to Do

This public park in the next-door town of Sharon has a nice beach area on the shores of Lake Massapoag and is a great place for a relaxing picnic on a nice day.

This state forest has several excellent nature trails for hiking, biking and a even riding off-road motorcycles. Be sure to pack the bug spray!

Where to Eat

Despite being only a moderate-sized Foxboro is absolutely not a food desert and has many incredible restaurants due to its proximity to Gillette Stadium. Below are a few of our favorites!

We've been to this cute local family restaurant a few times, and never had a bad meal there. Their chicken tenders in particular stand out as being both generous with portions and very tasty.

Appearances can be deceiving! This small restaurant in the back of an office park is a hidden gem, offering incredible steaks and pub fare.

We've been consistently impressed with this restaurant's sandwiches, especially their Kama Jama chicken sandwich and their burgers.

This Asian fusion restaurant has incredible selection of Chinese and Japanese dishes and is easily our favorite local restaurant for Chinese food. The General Gau's and katsu chicken are our usual orders.

This Japanese restaurant near the common has amazing katsu chicken and is a strong contender for best sushi in the area. We particularly like their katsu chicken and udon noodles!
